The Vision Behind LynkResearch
Mahlet Alemayehu, the founder of LynkResearch, has over a decade of experience leading and supporting research projects across Africa. She repeatedly encountered the same challenge: finding trained, reliable, and locally based data collectors efficiently.
Traditional recruitment was slow, inconsistent, and disconnected from local realities. Mahlet saw an opportunity of connecting organizations directly with trained data collectors who know the terrain, the language, and the context.
That vision became LynkResearch: a platform designed to make data collection a click away while empowering young Africans through training, certification, and meaningful work.
